Upon opting in to receiving text messages, The Personal Property Activity will send the customer a series of surveys throughout each stage of the move. These surveys are designed to collect feedback on government and carrier performance for continuous process improvement.
The customer will receive a survey after they complete counseling, their shipment is picked up, delivered, if they file a claim, and if they elevate their claim to their Military Claims Office. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
